Shipping

1. Where we ship

PROXILABZ ships within the United States only. All products are sold for laboratory research use only (RUO) and are shipped on that basis - see our Terms of Service for the full research-use agreement.

2. Dispatch times

Dispatch time depends on the specific product and is shown on its product page:

• In-stock items ship in 1–2 days.
• Made-to-order items ship in 5–7 days.

Check the product page before ordering for the exact dispatch window on that item. Delivery times after dispatch are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

3. Cost

Shipping is free on orders over $200. A flat shipping rate applies to orders under that threshold.

4. Packaging

Products ship as freeze-dried powder, which is stable at room temperature - no cold pack is required in transit. Temperature only becomes relevant once a compound is reconstituted for research use. Packaging is discreet.

5. Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Tracking information is sent to the email address on your order once your package is dispatched.

6. Risk of loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon handoff to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t match its published COA, see our Refund Policy for the 14-day quality-issue return window.
