Refund Policy

1. Overview

All products sold by PROXILABZ are research-use-only (RUO) compounds. This policy covers unopened returns and quality-issue returns only. It does not cover buyer’s remorse after a product has been opened, and it is not a substitute for the full Terms of Service, which govern your purchase.

2. Return windows

• 7 days from delivery for unopened, undamaged product - no questions asked.
• 14 days from delivery if the issue is on our end: purity deviation from the published COA, a broken vial or damaged packaging, or an incorrect item shipped.

Opened product is non-returnable except in the case of a documented quality issue covered by the 14-day window above.

3. How to start a return

Email hello@proxilabz.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Include photos if the return is for a quality issue (broken vial, damaged packaging, or a batch that doesn’t match its published COA). We’ll confirm eligibility and next steps by email.

4. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned product. Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
